  How to use:
  
  1.Unscrew lid counter clockwise.
  
  2.Fill the ice pack to only 2/3 full for safe use.
  
  3.Smooth out the extra air and tighten the cap.
  
  4.Apply the ice bag to the pain area.( you can also hold the ice bag on the pain area with ice wrap).
  
  Attention:
  
  No water and ice cubes injected inside. You need to fill hot water or cold water with ice inside.
  
  Children must use under supervision.
  
  When filling the hot water bag, do not use boiling water(the temperature couldn’t be higher than 60°C/140°F)
